This is not a concept built in a boardroom. It is built on 35 years of boots-on-the-ground expertise from our Founding Partner and Creator, Howie the Kid — a New Yorker whose career in premium ticket brokering spans Broadway, the World Cup, the US Open, and the world's biggest concert stages. Howie has spent three decades learning exactly what a client needs to feel like a rock star. Now, with Rock Stars Inc., he is delivering it at scale.

Our structural advantage begins with our anchor artist: HERA, an active EDM vocalist with an international release catalog and growing audience, is already within the Rock Stars Inc. family. This is not a cold start. The access is real. The relationships exist. The pipeline is open.

Our launch markets are Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and Miami — a true coast-to-coast operation anchored in the three cities where EDM culture, nightlife, and high-net-worth clientele already converge. Vegas for the residencies. LA for the culture. Miami for Ultra Music Festival, spring break, and a year-round party ecosystem that never stops. We are not asking our clients to go somewhere new. We are meeting them exactly where they already are.

Greenroom experience packages range from $5,000 to $25,000 per person — well within the comfort zone of clients who routinely spend multiples of that on a single luxury weekend. A 20-member destination trip generates $500,000. Ten trips a year generates $5 million — before management commissions, brokering revenue, or sponsorship income from the luxury brands eager to reach our audience.

We are raising a $2.5 million seed round to execute our first Greenroom pilot experiences, expand the artist roster beyond HERA, and build the brand infrastructure to define this category permanently. We are looking for partners who understand that in entertainment, the most valuable currency isn't content, isn't talent, and isn't venues.
